On offer are an extensive range of class times for everybody. The majority of classes run for an hour and consist of a variety of exercise techniques ranging from low to high intensity workouts, weight training, core strengthening exercises, circuits and much more!
Train your body to become the fittest and healthiest it can be. This takes commitment, hard work and a little bit of time of your part. Leave the rest up to your trainer! Changing yourself for the better takes time. This is not a 12 week body transformation! Although your body will change over such a time-frame, its not simply about body image. Further to group training, we also offer kids groups, one on one personal training sessions and 'Duo' sessions where you can join with a partner or friend.
